Terms and conditions of the Sale are spelled out in several documents:

● The Notice of Sale which includes Current Sale changes and additions to the Petroleum Distillate Sales Provisions (PDSP's that contains contractual provisions and performance responsibilities for the sale of ULSD heating Oil from the Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve.

● The Distribution Plan which provides a description of the storage terminals, their distribution capabilities, and the storage contractor�s and the purchaser�s responsibilities and procedures in the sale and distribution of ULSD heating oil from the Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve.

● The Sale Implementation Plan which is an overview of the legislation and procedures for the sale and distribution of ULSD heating oil from the Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve.
